<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Juan M. Perez -
<br />Hernandez, a married man and Ana Laura Carbajal, his wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln,
<br />Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated September 23, 2011, and recorded on September 26, 2011, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 201107144, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on
<br />September 26, 2011, and recorded as Instrument No. 201107145, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />The West Twenty-five (25) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) and the East Thirty -four (34) feet of Lot
<br />Thirteen (13), in Block Three (3), in Cunningham Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
