Burchess, husband and wife, as joint tenants, the following property: A. All of my lease rights under Lease dated the 1st day of March, 1975, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and J. Harley Thorndike is the Lessee, and pertaining to: Lots Thirty (30) and Thirty-one (31), having a lake front footage of 135 feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2SW 1/4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska; such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. B. All improvements on said above - described premises. C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said premises EXCEPTING: D. Stock Certificate No. 204 for 405 shares of the common stock of Kuester Lake, Inc. I warrant that I am the owner of the above - described property, improvements and personal property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that said property is free of all liens and encumbrances; and that I will warrant and defend the title to said property against the claims of any other persons whomsoever.
