<br /> �hrea�en to re�ease any Hazardaus Substances,on ar in the Pr�perty.Borrower�ha��not do,nar ai�ov�an�one else ta do,
<br /> anything affec�ing the Proper�y�a}�hat is in�ioiation af any En�ironmental Lavv,�b}which crea�es an Envir�nmentai
<br /> Conditzon,or�c}whi�h,ciue to�he presence,us�,or re�ease�f a Hazardous Subs�ance,creates a condi�ian�laat adversely
<br /> affects�the value of the Pr�perty.The preceding�w�s�n�en�es sha��no�apply to the presence,use, or s��rage an the
<br /> P�operty of small�uantities of Ha.�ardous Subs�anc�s tha�are generally r�cognized to be apprapria��to normal residen�ial
<br /> uses and to maintenance�f the Property�including,bu�not�imited�a,ha�ardaus substances in cansum�r produ��s}.
<br /> Bflrrawer shall pramptly give L,�nder wri�ten M�tice of�a�any inves�igation,claim,demand,�awsui�or other a��ion
<br /> by any gnvernm�n�al or regulatory ag�n�y or private party in�alving�he Froper�y and any Hazaxdous Su�stance ar
<br /> Enviranm�n�a�Lav� of which Borrower has actual knovvledge, �b� any Environmental Cond���on, including but no�
<br /> limi-��d�o,any spil��ng,leakirig,discharge,release or threat�f r��ease of any Hazardous Substance,and�c�any condition
<br /> caused by the presence,use or releas�af a Hazaxdous Subs�ance�rhich advers�ly affec�s the value�f the Property.If
<br /> Borrower l�arns,ar is not�fied by an�gover�nr�ental�r regulatory authority,�r any pr�vate par�y,�ha�any rem�val or
<br /> ather remed�ati�n�f any Ha�axdaus �ubstance affecting th�Property is ne�essary,Barrow�r shall promp��y take all
<br /> necessa.r�remed�a�ac�ians in accardance v�rith Env�rvnmen�al Law.Nothxng herein shail crea�e any obii�at�on on Lender
<br /> for a.n En�ironmen�al Cleanup.
<br /> N�N-UNIF�RM C�VENANTS.Borrawer and Lender further covenant and agree as fo��ows:
<br /> 22.Accelerat�on;Remedies.Lender shall gi�e notice�v��rr�wer prior to acce�erat�on fol�owing�3orrower's
<br /> hreach�f any co�venan��r agreement in tbis Security Instrur�en���bu�not prior tv accelerat�on undex S�ction 1S
<br /> unless App�i�able Law pr���des a�herw�se}.The nutice sha�l specify:�a}the defaulty�b}the act�on required ta cure
