Sorgenfrei, being fully sworn upon oath, deposes and says; <br />Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Nebraska, and is <br />now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And Associates, L.L.C. Engineering <br />& Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />' Affiant further states that on November 10, 2015, he completed a survey <br />of North Pejjestrian Bridge Subdivision, and that the original plat of said <br />subdivision is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County <br />Courthouse Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the plat of <br />North Pedestrian Bridge Subdivision and has discovered an error in the <br />distances shown for the West line of Lot 1, North Pedesrian Bridge Sub- <br />division, as shown on the plat drawing. <br />4. Affiant further states that the distance for the West line of Lot 1, North <br />Pedestrian Bridge Subdivision should be One Hundred Eighteen and Six- <br />ty Nine Hundredths (118.69) feet in lieu of Ninety and Ten Hundredths <br />(90.10) as shown on the plat drawing. <br />Further Affiant Saith Not. <br />1 Jen GEN Nor ►ae�. <br />ARDITH J.
