<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska C:orr"poration, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated October 11, 1991, and executed by Ziller Tile, Incorporated a/k/a Ziller Tile, Inc., as
<br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was
<br />recorded as Document #91- 106831 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on
<br />October 16, 1991 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 7, Kernohan and Decker Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and Fractional Lot One (1), in Block Eight (8) in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 5' day of March, 2001.
