<br />Deed of Trust dated March 8,'1999, and executed by Ziller Tile, Inc. a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Y
<br />Document #99- 102521 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on March 10,
<br />1999 and,
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot One (1), Schmidt Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
