<br />Document #96- 101831 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on March 13, G

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned
<br />as follows:
<br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 7, Kernohan and Decker Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska AND Fractional Lot One (1), in Block Eight (8) in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
