WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated April 18,'1995, and executed by Ziller Tile, Inc. & William P. and Julann K. Ziller, as <br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was <br />recorded as Document #95- 102517 in the Register of Deeds office in Hall County, Nebraska, recorded on <br />April 21, 1995 and, <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned <br />as follows: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3), Block Seven (7), Kernohan and Decker Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska and Fractional Lot One (1), in Block Eight (8) in Kernohan and Decker's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Lot One (1) of Block 20 of the Bonnie Brae <br />Addition to Grand Island, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 5"' day of March, 2001. <br />�\����POIIVtS <br />. �k p p'• <br />.
