<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Donald E. Terry .and Nadine R. Terry,
<br />husband and wife, of the County of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, by Deed of Trust dated the
<br />25th day of October, 1993, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County
<br />of Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on the 5th day of November, 1993, Document No. 93- 109523
<br />of the records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain real estate in said
<br />Deed of Trust described in trust to secure the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein,
<br />and described as follows:
<br />The South Half of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter and the Southeast Quarter and the
<br />East One Third of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 12 North, Range 11 West of
<br />the Sixth Principal ivleridian, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting certain tracts more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 78- 000365; Warranty Deed recorded as
<br />Document No. 78- 000366; and Deed recorded as Document No. 92- 100586 and the North Half
<br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 10 North, Range 11 West of the Sixth
<br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a certain tract more particularly described
<br />in Report of Appraisers recorded in Book P, Page 647, together with all crops grown thereon.
<br />And, Whereas, said indebtedness has been paid and the purposes of said trust have been fully
<br />satisfied;
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, the legal holder of
<br />the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in
<br />further consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
<br />acknowledged, I, as Trustee, do hereby remise, release and quit -claim unto the present owner or
<br />owners of said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners
<br />forever, all the right, title and interest which I have under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in
<br />and to the said real estate in said Deed of Trust particularly described, reference to which is
<br />hereby made for greater certainty.
<br />To Have and to Hold the Same, together with all and singular the privileges and appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging forever. And Further, that the said Trust Deed is by these presents to be
<br />considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and forever discharged.
