<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Deborah K Beck, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated 08/04/2014 and recorded on 08/05/2014, recorded as Instrument 201404839; executed by
<br />Jason J Zoellner and Teresa L Zoellner, Husband and Wife, as trustors in which Pinnacle Bank of Central
<br />City is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Trust Deed have been fully paid and that such Trust Deed
<br />and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed, the said
<br />bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, namely by Jason J Zoellner and Teresa L Zoellner, Husband and Wife,
<br />the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Central City,
<br />Merrick County, Nebraska, on December 23, 2015.

<br />voluntary act and deed of said corporation.
