200002473 Beginning at a point on the west line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2 SW' /4), said point being Sixty Three (63.00) feet northerly from the southwest corner of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4); thence running northerly along the west line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4), a distance of approximately Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Seven and Fifty Four Hundredths (2487.54) feet to a point Eighty (80) feet south of the north line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4); thence running easterly parallel with and Eighty (80) feet south of the north line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4) to a point Ten (10) feet east of the west line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4), said point being on the west line of an existing Twenty (20) foot wide easement; thence running southerly on a line parallel with and Ten (10) feet east of the west line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2 S W' /4), said parallel line also being the west line of the existing Twenty (20) foot wide easement, a distance of approximately Two Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Seven and Fifty Four Hundredths (2487.54) feet, to a point Sixty Three (63.00) feet northerly from the south line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2 SW' /4); thence running westerly on a line Sixty Three (63.00) feet northerly from the south line of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E %2 SW' /4) a distance of Ten (10.00) feet to the point of beginning, said tract containing 0.571 acres more or less, as shown on the plat dated September 13, 1999 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tracts of land shall remain the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time. The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby covenant that no buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on said tract and that the easement herein granted shall run with the title to such tract of land and be binding upon the Grantors, their successors and assigns. -2-
