THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />JAMES A SICH III and VICKIE L SICK Husband and Wife ( "Trustor "); HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, Trustee for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF NEBRASKA, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated October 26, 2000 and recorded November 1, 2000 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, Inst. No. 0200009485 of the Trust Deed Records of said O
<br />County has been paid and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
