200002469 Hall County, Nebraska; the centerline of the Twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and right -of -way being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (N W' /4); thence running easterly along the south line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4), to a point Eight Hundred Seventy Nine and Three Tenths (879.3) feet east of the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4); thence running northerly parallel with and Eight Hundred Seventy Nine and Three Tenths (879.3) feet east of the west line of said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4), a distance of approximately Eight Hundred Eighty Six and Eighty Two Hundredths (886.82) feet, to a point on the southerly line of said Lot Three (3), MIL -NIC Addition and the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing northerly parallel with and Eight Hundred Seventy Nine and Three Tenths (879.3) feet east of the west litre of said Northwest Quarter (NW /4), a distance of ipproximateiy Three Hundred Ninety Nine and Sixty One Hundredths (399.61) feet, to a point on the north line of said Lot Three (3), MIL -NIC Addition and to the point of termination, said tract containing 0.183 acres more or less, as shown on the plat dated September 13, 1999 attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference; together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate and refill ditches and trenches, and the right to clear and keep clear of trees, roots, brush, hedges, undergrowth, and other obstructions from the surface of such tracts interfering with the location, construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal, and maintenance of such utilities. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon, over, and under such tracts of land shall remain the property of the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time. The Grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby covenant that no buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on said tract and that the easement herein granted shall run with the title to such tract of land and be binding upon the Grantors, their successors and assigns.
