200002468 <br />TRACT 1 <br />A tract of land consisting of a Twenty (20) foot wide easement <br />located in a part of Lot One (1), Firethorne Estates Subdivision, of <br />part of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, <br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, <br />Hail County, Nebraska, the centerline of sold Twenty (20) foot wide <br />easement being more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1/4) of said Section Twenty Seven (27); <br />thence running easterly along the south line of the Northwest Quarter <br />of the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1 /4)of said Section Twenty Seven <br />(27), to a point Eight Hundred Sixty Nine and Five Tenths (869.5) <br />feet east of the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter (NW1 /4SW1/4) of said Section Twenty Seven (27) and to a <br />point on the south line of Firethorne Estates Subdivision;thence <br />running northerly parallel with and Eight Hundred Sixty Nine and Five <br />Tenths (869.5) feet east of the west line of the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter (NW1 /4SW1/4) of said Section Twenty Seven <br />(27), a distance of approximately Sixty and Two Hundredths (60.02) <br />feet, to a point on the southerly line of sold Lot One (1), and to <br />the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence continuing northerly parallel <br />with and Eight Hundred Sixty Nine and Five Tenths (869.50) feet east <br />of the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NW1 /4SW1/4) of said Section Twenty Seven (27), a distance of <br />approximately Eight Hundred Forty and Ninety Seven Hundredths <br />(840.97) feet, to a point on the north line of sold Lot One (1), and <br />the point of termination, said tract containing 0.386 acres more or <br />less. <br />September 13, 1999 Sheet 1 of 2 <br />
