<br />MORTGAGE COMPANY as Trustee, for the benefit of NORTHLAND MORTGAGE COMPANY, as
<br />Beneficiary dated May 19, 1971 and recorded in the Office of the Registry of
<br />Deeds of the county of HALL, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 002184 in Book 154
<br />of Mortgage Records on Page 549, AND WAS RE- RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 002251
<br />IN BOOK 154, PAGE 577 ON JULY 7, 1971, has been paid; and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered,
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />Now therefore, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with this
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these
<br />presents Grant, Remise, Release and Reconvey to the person entitled thereto, all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in
<br />the following described premises:
