<br />INSTRUMENT NUMBER 002251 IN BOOK 154, PAGE 577 ON JULY 7, 1971 of Official Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and covering the following
<br />described property:
<br />LOT TWENTY -ONE (21), IN BLOCK ONE (1), IN SOTHMAN'S SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Beneficiary is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, and said Beneficiary desires to substitute a new Trustee
<br />under said Deed of Trust in the place and stead of said original Trustee thereunder.
<br />AND WHEREAS, the original Trustee has been notified or was attempted to be notified of the Substitution.
