TRUSTEE'S DEED OF PARTIAL RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />VAIEREAS, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />GARY E SHOVLAIN AND LINDA D SHOVLAIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R MACE, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, dated September 30. 1994 and recorded September
<br />30, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL COUNTY, Nebraska as Instrument Number
<br />94- 108090 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Partial
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />LOT THREE (3) CLAUSSEN BROTHERS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being
<br />the intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged from said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the
<br />land described remain as heretofore.
