Wright and Janet K. Wright, <br />husband and wife, Oran whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable . <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto Robert J.
