Disclosures ") as well as reservations, restrictions and easements, related to the environmental <br />condition of the Property (the "Environmental Conditions "). Grantor conveys the Property subject to <br />the Environmental Disclosures and the Environmental Conditions and Grantee shall take <br />possession of the Property subject to the Environmental Disclosures and the Environmental <br />Conditions. Grantor further discloses and this conveyance is subject to the following: <br />(a) The United States of America is a third party beneficiary of the Environmental <br />Disclosures and Environmental Conditions; and <br />(b) Grantee and its successors or assigns, shall neither transfer, lease nor grant any <br />interest, privilege or license whatsoever in connection with the Property without inclusion <br />of the Environmental Disclosures and the Environmental Conditions and shall require the <br />inclusion of the Environmental Disclosures and the Environmental Conditions in all future <br />deeds, transfers, leases or grants of any interest, privilege or license in the Property. <br />Grantor hereby covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />201508647 <br />1. is lawfully seised of the interest in the Property and that the Property is free and clear <br />of all liens and encumbrances, except all matters of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to sell and convey Grantor's interest in the <br />Property; and <br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the Property conveyed hereunder against the <br />lawful claims of all persons claiming the same or any part thereof. <br />[The Remainder of This Page Intentionally Left Blank and Signature Page Follows] <br />
