Said Deed of Trust was filed for record <br />on July 23, 2013 at Instrument #201305923 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was <br />assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on October 20, 2015 by assignment <br />recorded on October 22, 2015 at Instrument # 201507257 in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which <br />the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature <br />of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as <br />they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby notified that <br />because of such default the indebtedness secured by said trust deed <br />is accelerated. Trustor has one month from the date this Notice of <br />Default is given to cure said default.
