SHELTON and LYNN BLAND SHELTON, husband and wife, herein <br />called the Grantors, do hereby grant, sell, transfer, and deliver <br />unto HALL COUNTY LIVESTOCK IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION, a Nebraska <br />non - profit corporation, herein called the Grantee all of <br />Grantors' interest in leasehold improvements described as <br />follows: <br />26 x 36 ft. prefabricated metal building with a 16 x 16 <br />ft. prefabricated metal addition. This structure has a <br />concrete floor with interior finish. Also, this prop- <br />erty has a water closet, sink, and is heated and has <br />plumbing facilities.
