(C) "Lender "is EQUITABLE BANK <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) 'Trustee "is CENTRAL NATIONAL BANK <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated October 2 3 , 2015 . The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender ONE HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED <br />EIGHT AND 00 /100 <br />Dollars (U. S. $154,808.00 ) plus interest.
