<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE UNDER NEBRASKA TRUST DEED ACT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed
<br />By RAY T. STRYKER AND LILA JEAN STRYKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS
<br />JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, AN DNOT AS TENANTS IN
<br />COMMON TO SECURITY STATE BANK, a Nebraska Banking corporation, as
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of SECURITY STATE BANK, as beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MARCH 17, 2006 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, on MARCH 22, 2006 and recorded as INSTRUMENT NO
<br />0200602428 of Mortgage Records of HALL County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered and confirmed as shown by endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
<br />reason or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />ALL OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), AND THE SOUTHERLY FIFTEEN (15) FEET OF LOT
<br />FOURTEEN (14), BLOCK ELEVEN (11), COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN IN THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
