JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />BERYL MARTENS, a single person, Grantor, by and through MARY <br />ANN BUETTNER, her duly authorized Attorney in Fact, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to s <br />LARRY W.
