<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to
<br />BERNICE BONSACK, a single woman, GRANTEE, a life estate in the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised
<br />Statutes Section 76 -201):

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, with the remainder
<br />interest in said real estate hereby conveyed to DOROTHY NEWMAN,

<br />tenants in common.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled
