<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to
<br />BERNICE BONSACK, a single woman, GRANTEE, a life estate in the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised
<br />Statutes Section 76 -201):
