WHEREAS, the undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated June 30,
<br />2000, executed by LAWRENCE J. LEVERING and SARAH L. LEVERING,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustors, in which JEROME L. GRONE and ARLENE
<br />L. CRONE, husband and wife, of 511 S. Vine St., Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska 68801, are named as Beneficiaries, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which Deed was recorded on July 7, 2000, as Document No.
<br />0200005543, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, JOHN M. CUNNINGHAM, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from JEROME L. GRONE
<br />and ARLENE L. GRONE, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The northerly 66 feet of the westerly 148.5 feet of Lot
<br />Eleven (11), Vantine's Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a
<br />triangular tract measuring 17.0' x 20.6' x 26.231, being
<br />the Northwest corner of the aforedescribed Fractional Lot
<br />11, conveyed to the City of Grand Island for street
<br />right -of -way, and also excepting therefrom the westerly
<br />seven (7) feet of the aforedescribed Fractional Lot 11
<br />which was included in a warranty deed conveyance dated
<br />March 4, 1982, to the City of Grand Island for street
<br />right -of -way, all in the City of Grand island, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
