<br /> Security Agreement. This instrument shall constitute a 5ecur�ty Agre�ment �o the ex�ent any of the Property

<br /> Security int�rest. Upon reques� by Lender, Trus#or shall take whatever actEon is requested by Lender to pertecf
<br /> and continu� Lender's se�urity interest in the Rents and Personal Property. In additi�n to re�ording this �eed �f
<br /> Trust in the rea� prvperty records, Lender may, at any time and without further authorization from Trustor, file
<br /> executed counte�pa�s, �opies or reproductians of this Deed of Trust as a financing sta�ement. T�ustor shail
<br /> reimburse Lender for a!I expenses incurred En pertec�ing �r�ontinuing this se�urity interest. Upon de�'ault, Trustor
<br /> shall not remove, seve�or de�ach the Persvnal Rroperty from the Property. Upvn default, Trustor shall ass�mble
<br /> any Personal Praperty not a�fixed tv the Property in a manner and at a plac�reasonably can�eni�nt�a Trustor and
<br /> Lender and make it availabie to Lender within three �3} days a�#er receip� of written demand �rom Lender t� the
