Skala and EW Skala, wife and husband, <br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received QL <br />from grantees, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Kenneth W. Newbrey and Clara R.
