<br />Renunciation of entire interest as surviving joint tenant in the following assets:
<br />(1) The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Nine (9), Township Twelve (12) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Renunciation and disclaimer of entire interest in the following assets received as devisee under
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Jerry L. Myers:
<br />(1) Undivided one -half (1/2) interest in: The (NW1 /4) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(2) The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW1/4) and the South Half of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (S1 /2SE1 /4) of Section Thirty Five (35), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve
<br />(12), West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />(3) Undivided one -half interest in A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4) of Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M.
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows: With reference to the Northwest
<br />corner os said NW1 /4; thence running on an assumed bearing of S00 °00'00" Eon the West line of said
<br />NW1 /4 for a distance of 1,270.08 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING: Thence continuing on
<br />aforesaid line S00 °00'00" E for 568.06 Feet; thence S89 °10'17" E for 760.08 feet; thence N00 °00'00" W
<br />for 581.65 feet; thence S89 °48'14" W for 760 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

<br />THEREFROM a tract of land conveyed by Quitclaim Deed, filed on March 16, 2000, as Instrument
