Name of Decedent: Jay E. Leininger <br />Date of Death: February 5, 2000 <br />Domicile at Date of Death: Doniphan, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />Date of Marriage: August 18, 1963 <br />2. The Affiant is the Decedent's surviving spouse. <br />3. There is no Federal Estate Tax, Nebraska Inheritance Tax or Nebraska <br />Estate Tax that arose, or can arise, by virtue of the Decedent's death. <br />4. Title to the following described real estate was held by the <br />Decedent and Glenda June Leininger, the Decedent's spouse, on the date of the <br />Decedent's death, to -wit: <br />A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (Swl /4SE1/4) of Section Five (5) in Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., described as foilows: Commencing <br />at a point One Hundred Forty -six feet (146') East of the Northwest <br />Corner of Lot One (1) of the County Subdivision of the South Half (Sl /2) <br />of Section Five (5), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Thence, Easterly along and upon the North Line of said Lot 1 <br />a distance of Fifty -eight (58) Feet, Thence, Northerly along the West <br />line of South Street a distance of One Hundred Sixty -nine Feet (169') to <br />the South line of Plum Street, Thence, Westerly along and upon the South <br />line of Plum Street a distance of Fifty -eight Feet (58'), and Thence, <br />Southerly parallel to the West line of South Street a distance of One <br />Hundred Sixty -nine Feet (169') to the point of beginning. <br />5. As of the date of death, the real estate has a fair market value of <br />$93,040.00. <br />6. The Decedent and Glenda June Leininger were married as of the date <br />of death of Jay E. Leininger.
