<br />01ERFAS, all of the Indehtedness secs iced by he Trust Deed executed by
<br />ESTHER G SCHNASE AND GARY A SCHNASE, WIFE AND HUSBAND ,
<br />to AREND R. BAACK ,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 31 , 1.9 98 ,
<br />and recorded JANUARY 11 , 19 99 , in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 100334 _ , has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be exe-
<br />cuted and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request
<br />of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents,
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto a.l.l the
<br />interest and estate derived to sai.d Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the fol-
<br />lowing described premises, but only as to such premises;
