Christie M. Rogers, formerly known as Christie M. Hall, and Theodore K. Rogers, her <br />husband, GRANTORS, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) received from <br />GRANTEES, conveys to GRANTEES, Theodore K. Rogers and Christie M. Rogers, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Southerly 24 feet of Lot 10, Block 12, and the Northerly 36 feet <br />of vacated Eleventh Street, all in West Park Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES that <br />GRANTORS: <br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, restrictions and reservations of record; <br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />EXECUTED on this / day of March, 2000. <br />Theodore K.
