<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST IS DATED MARCH 23, 2000, among Elmer E. Pollock, A Single Person, whose address
<br />is 4365 West Prairie Road, Grand Island, NE 68803 (referred to below as "Trustor "); Five Points Bank, whose
<br />address is 2009 North Diers Ave, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and
