<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />David N. Ogden and Julie A. Ogden, husband and wife Trustor, to
<br />Heritage Bank, f /k /a Bank of Wood River Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Heritage Bank, f /k /a Bank of Wood River the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated July 19 31995 and recorded July 21, 1995 ,
<br />k9=x ' in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 95- 104876 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confinned by its
<br />endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does be these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E 1/2 NW 1/4)
<br />in Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12), West
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the North Half of

<br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall Countyy Nebraska

<br />the Northeast Quarter
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Twelve
<br />excepting a certain tract
<br />in the Register of Deeds office.
