<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Construction Security Agreement executed by 3801
<br />NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated August 3, 2015 and recorded August 13, 2015 in the Office of
<br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT
<br />#201505508 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following
<br />described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Two (2), L. J. & R. A. Toner Properties Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said point also being on the southerly right of way line of State Highway No. 2;
<br />thence S 00° 29' 45" E, along and upon the west line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of Five Hundred Twenty Eight
<br />and Seventy Seven Hundredths (528.77) feet to a point which is Eighty (80.00) feet north of the southwest corner of
<br />said Lot Two (2); thence N 90° 00' 00" W, a distance of Four Hundred Seven and Eleven Hundredths (407.11) feet
<br />to a point on west line of the Southeast Quarter of said Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4NW1 /4); thence S 00° 35' 43" E,
<br />along and upon said west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE1 /4NW1 /4), a distance of Five
<br />and One Hundredth (5.01) feet; thence S 89° 59' 58" W, a distance of Two Hundred Ninety Six and Ninety Three
<br />Hundredths (296.93) feet; thence N 00° 29' 45" W, parallel with the west line of said Lot Two (2), a distance of
<br />Seven Hundred Twenty One and Seventy Two Hundredths (721.72) feet to a point on said southerly highway right
<br />of way line; thence S 73° 21' 13" E, along and upon said southerly highway right of way line, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Fifty Two and Fifty Four Hundredths (152.54) feet; thence S 75° 32' 42" E, along upon said southerly
<br />highway right of way line, a distance of Five Hundred Seventy Seven and Eight Tenths (577.8) feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
