Locust St. <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />Space Above This Line for Recording Data <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />r <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Construction Security Agreement executed by 3801 <br />NEBRASKA HIGHWAY 2, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, <br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated August 3, 2015 and recorded August 13, 2015 in the Office of <br />the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT <br />#201505508 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, <br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following <br />described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section One (1), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot Two (2), L.
