DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, ARCHER COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION, Archer, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed
<br />of Trust dated 2 -26 -99 executed by Starostka Group Co.
<br />_ Nancy M. Blauhorn, Manager ,as
<br />Trustor, in which ARCHER COOPERATIVE CREDIT UNION, Archer Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as trustee, and recorded 3 -4 -99 as Document
<br />Number 99- 102400 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to
<br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust
<br />and Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled therein,
<br />all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit: Lot Six (6), Block Three (3), Ponderosa Lake Estates, Fourth Subdivision,
<br />in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
