KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by TERRY J ENCK AND
<br />JANET K ENCK , HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated DECEMBER 12, 1996 and recorded
<br />JANUARY 10, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument Number 97- 100204 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOTS SIX (6) AND EIGHT (8), BLOCK SEVENTEEN (17), UNIVERSITY PLACE, GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
