<br />County Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />of the Southeast corner of said Block Six (6) running thence Northerly Sixty -
<br />six (66) feet parallel with the West line of said Block, running thence Westerly
<br />One Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet parallel with the South boundary line of said
<br />Block, thence Southerly Sixty -six (66) feet parallel with the East boundary line
<br />of said block, thence Easterly One Hundred Thirty -two (132) feet parallel with
<br />the North boundary line of said Block to the place of beginning.
<br />Grantor covenants ( jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances subject to easements,
<br />reservations, covenants and restrictions of record
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
