Lange, Colleen E. Lange, Midwest Management, County of <br />Hall, Nebraska, a Body Politic and Corporate, and All Persons Having or Claiming any Interest <br />in or to a tract of land described as follows: Lots Two (2) and Three (3), in Block Nineteen (19), <br />in Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, Real Names Unknown, are Defendants, said <br />Plaintiff did obtain a Decree finding that there is due from Charles F. Lange, Colleen E. Lange, <br />and Midwest Management, to Plaintiff the sum of One Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty -two <br />and 03 /100 Dollars ($1,822.03) together with interest thereon, attorney fees and court costs; and <br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said action that in the event of default of the <br />payment of the sum so found due by the said Charles F. Lange, Colleen E. Lange and Midwest <br />Management, that Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said County of Hall, should cause the lands and <br />tenements thereafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and <br />WHEREAS, default having been made therein, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of said <br />County, under and by virtue of the said Decree and Order of Sale duly directed to him, did on the <br />23" day of September, 2015, at the lower lobby of the County Courthouse in the City of Grand <br />Island in the said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of <br />said sale by publication once each week for four successive weeks in the Grand Island <br />Independent, a newspaper printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said <br />premises at public auction to Al A. Avery for the sum of One Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety <br />and 37/100 Dollars ($1,990.37), which sale was examined and confirmed and Jerry J. Watson as <br />such Sheriff was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to Al A. Avery. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Jerry J. Watson, Sheriff of the County of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, in consideration of the premises and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law in <br />the Decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant and convey to Al A. Avery the property <br />described as follows, to -wit: <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Al A. Avery, his heirs and assigns, <br />and to them and their use forever. <br />
