<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed
<br />of Trust dated March 20, 2007, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on March 26, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200702375, wherein Richard D
<br />Wiseman and Kimberly A Wiseman, Husband and Wife, were identified as the Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has, upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given, and published
<br />as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, EQUITABLE BANK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />dated March 20, 2007, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 26, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200702375; herein called the Grantor, for and
<br />in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Twenty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars
<br />($125,000.00) received from Grantee does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm unto AXIS CAPITAL, INC., herein called the Grantee, the following- described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1) in Potash Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the
<br />buildings, improvements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs, successors, and assigns forever.
