<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall o
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 15, 1997, executed by Randy L. Evans and C
<br />Cynthia S. Evans, husband and wife, and RCE Investments, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, d /b /a Randy's
<br />Auto Sales, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #97- 107745 on the 18th day of September,
<br />1997, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust,
<br />the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 15, 1997, recorded as
<br />Document #97- 107745 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 5h day of December, 2000.
