DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION <br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST <br />a <br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall o <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 15, 1997, executed by Randy L. Evans and C <br />Cynthia S.
