<br />Cynthia S. Evans, husband and wife andRCE Investments, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, d /b /aRandy's Auto
<br />Sales, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #97- 107745 on the 18 day of September, 1997, at
<br />the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10), Block Sixteen (16), Rollin's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
