WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated September 15, 1997, executed by Randy L. Evans and <br />Cynthia S.
