P.O. Box 26149 Richmond, Virginia 23260 -6149 <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated March 1st 1 2001 The Note <br />states that Borrower owes Lender One Hundred Fifty One Thousand Nine Hundred and 00 /100 <br />Dollars (U.S. $ 151,900.00 ) plus interest.
