CORPORATE SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS That Ottaco, Inc. <br />organized and existing under and by the laws of the State of Michigan <br />In consideration of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred ($12,500.00) <br />Received from grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Paul T. Meyer and Peggy L.
