<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Navdeep Sood
<br />and Monisha Sood, husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 11, 2011, and
<br />recorded on October 18, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Instrument No. 0201107800, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on October 18, 2011, and recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 0201107801, and said Beneficiary has requested m writing that this DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />Lot Two (2), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
