<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICK DAMKROGER, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust
<br />dated November 6, 1998, executed by SHANNON L. AHLMAN and PAMELA J. AHLMAN, as
<br />Trustors, in which GREEN TREE FINANCIAL SERVICING CORPORATION (now known as
<br />CONSECO FINANCE SERVICING CORP.) is named as Beneficiary and the undersigned is named
<br />as Trustee, and which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on November 19, 1998, as Instrument No. 98-111404, has received from CONSECO FINANCE
<br />SERVICING CORP., the Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, a written request to reconvey, reciting
<br />that all sums due and other obligations secured by said Deed of Trust have been fully paid and
<br />satisfied;
<br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust and all evidence of indebtedness secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust have been delivered to the undersigned for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the above - referenced request of Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee of said Deed of Trust, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, the estate now held by Trustee in the following- described real
<br />estate:
<br />THE NORTH SIXTY (60) FEET OF LOT TWELVE (12), BLOCK THREE (3),
<br />SOUTHERN ACRES ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance on
<br />this ZZAJ day of March, 2000.
