<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Five Points Bank of Hastings, 2815 Osborne Drive West, Hastings, NE 68901
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 26, 2001, executed by GAYLE L REINERS, UNDIVIDED 15%
<br />INTEREST; PAULA A REINERS, UNDIVIDED 19 %INTEREST; JESSICA C HOAGLAND,
<br />UNDIVIDED 22% INTEREST; CAMERON A REINERS, UNDIVIDED 22% INTEREST AND
<br />JARED L REINERS, UNDIVIDED 22% INTEREST;, as Trustor, in which the undersigned,
<br />Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said
<br />Deed of Trust, which was recorded May 4, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200104100.
<br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person
<br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />THE NORTH HALF OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 9
<br />NORTH, RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6T" P.M. IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT
<br />THE TRACT OF GROUND IN THE EXTREME NORTHEAST CORNER, THEREOF, WHICH
<br />MEASURES 693 FEET EAST AND WEST, AND 1,000 FEET NORTH AND SOUTH,; AND
<br />EXCEPT A STRIP OF GROUND ALONG THE NORTH EDGE OF SAID PROPERTY,
<br />PREVIOUSLY CONVEYED TO THE COUNTY OF HALL, NEBRASKA FOR ROAD
<br />PURPOSES.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />paid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 20th day of November, 201
