An A��RD 27�tit�ed"Evidence of Property Insurance"} relates to property insurance and <br /> is acceptable �but see 4 below�. Although an AC�RD 27 is not an its face to be used to <br /> ev�dence policies of�iability insurance, it is adaptable to that purpose, and is a�ceptable if <br /> so adapted. <br /> 3. An AC��tD 28 (titled "Evidence of Commercial Property Insuran�e"} for property <br /> insurance is accep�able�but see 4 belaw�. <br /> 4. �N ALL�ERTIFI�ATES,the Lender must be designated as"additional insured", "loss <br /> payee"and"mortgagee"and not"named insured". <br /> 3� <br />
