Section 3.5 - Recon�e.�nce. Upon written request of Benefi�iary stating that all sums secured hereby have been paid under the Note, and upon payment of its fees, Trust�e shall r�convey, without warranty, the property then held hereunder. Th� grante� in such recan�eyance may be d�scribed as "the person or persons legally entitled thereta." When the M�rtgaged Proper�y has heen fully recon�eyed, the�ast such reconveyance shall operate as a reassignment of all future Rents,155U�S and profits of the Mortgaged Property to the person or persons Iegally entitl�d�her�to. S ection 3.6- Compensation and �ndemni�cation of Trustee. Trustee shall be entitled to r�asonable compensation for all services rendered or expenses incurred in the administration ar execution of the trusts hereby created, and Trus�or hereby agrees to pay same, subject to all legal limitations. Trustee and Beneficiary sha�l be indemnified and held harmless l�y Trustor for, from and against any liabi�ity, damage or expense, including reas�nable attorneys' fees, Benef ciary's costs and amounts paid in settlem�nt, which Trustee or Beneficiary may incur ar sustain in th�execution of this trust ar in the daing of any act which they, or either of them, are required or permitted to do by the terms hereof or by law,and they shall be reimbursed th�refor in accordance with the provisions her�in. Section 3.7 - Statute of Limitations. The pleading of any statute of limitatians as a defense �o any obligatian seGured t�y this Deed of Trust�s hereby waived to the ful�est extent permitted by law. S ection 3.$ - Substitu�ian �f Trustee. Beneficiary may substitute th� Trustee her�under from time ta time, with ar withaut any caus� whatsoever, by an instrument in writing in any manner now ar hereafter permitted by law.
