200002253 <br />PUBLIC UTILITIES EASEMENT <br />Trinity United Methodist Church of Grand Island, herein called the Grantor, hereby grants and <br />conveys unto the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a 10.0 foot wide easement and right of way to construct, operate, <br />maintain, extend, repair, replace, public utilities limited to sanitary sewer, storm sewers, underground <br />power lines, manholes, pipelines, surface markers, underneath and through a part of Block 14 original <br />town subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Outside boundary beginning at a point 5.0 feet of the southwest corner of Lot 2, <br />Block 14 original town subdivision; thence 26.0 feet north into Lot 2; thence 82.0 feet <br />east; thence 26.0 feet south to a point 21.0 feet east of southwest corner of Lot 1; thence <br />10.0 feet west; thence 16.0 feet north; thence 62.0 feet west; thence 16.0 feet south; <br />thence 10.0 feet west to point of beginning, as shown on Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />Together with the following rights namely restricted ingress and egress under such land <br />for the purpose of exercising the rights herein granted, to excavate, and refill ditches and <br />trenches allowing for the location, construction, inspection, repair, replacement, removal <br />and maintenance of such utilities.
